This song was also sung at my mother and my father's funeral service.  This is an arrangement by me, and as always, I love hearing it sung by my daughters.

I learned this song in 2nd grade.  My teacher played the guitar, and taught us a lot of fun songs.  She was one of the main reasons I ever started playing guitar, and all the songs she taught us were great.

This was a first time through for this group-my nephews, friends and brother.  I was down visiting, and this was really a treat to get to play and sing with them!

This song is in the key of D, and A is the only other cord in this song.  One person sings the first line and holds it out, and the group repeats after them.  It is easy to do around a camp fire, or a group where no one knows each other songs.
